RETURNS & WARRANTY

All goods are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated in the product information.

We will replace, repair or refund as appropriate any product which has failed as a result of its build quality, material failure and/or any other reasonable failure. Faults which have occurred as a result of customer mis-use and abuse will not be supported under this policy.

Goods will be deemed out of warranty if they:

1. Are damaged, abused or mis-used.
2. Have clearly been used outside of their specified usage parameters.
3. Have suffered liquid damage etc.
4. Have been incorrectly connected to other equipment and/or incorrect power supplies.

Prior to making a return request and contacting us please make sure you have read the relevant section/s of the user/operation manual and are sure that the issue is not user error ! Remember the famous saying....... "If all else fails - Read The Manual !!!"
